If there were a place where the outsider and the underdog's weird inner life could scream its vitality and joy and loneliness into the universe, this is what it might look like.
And It would be absurd - as life usually is - and we would celebrate the wonder and the nightmare of our shared existence.
There is hope and power in the mundane and overlooked. If we began to see each other, and really see each other, how much would the world improve?
I'm Dan
Born in Philadelphia in 1977. I received an A.A. in design approximately 100 years ago but am otherwise self-taught in art. I have maintained a studio in Western North Carolina for the past 10 years.
